Hybrid Litigation Legal Assistant - Biltmore Area

We are in search of a strong Litigation Legal Assistant to join our boutique law firm client's team in Phoenix, Arizona. The role involves a blend of in-office and remote work. As a Hybrid Legal Assistant, you will be supporting a senior litigation attorney, managing various administrative tasks, and interacting with clients.

• Manage calendaring and docketing duties to ensure smooth operations and adherence to legal timelines
• Ensure prompt and accurate court filings in line with legal procedures and standards
• Handle client intake process, establishing strong client relations and maintaining communication
• Perform heavy editing of documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards
• Draft legal documents as needed, using skills in software such as Aderant and Adobe Acrobat
• Utilize Case Management Software for efficient handling of legal cases
• Employ CompuLaw for effective legal calendar management
• Oversee billing functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions
• Utilize Microsoft Word for word processing and document creation needs.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Assistant
• Competence in using Adobe Acrobat
• Familiarity with Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS)
• Experience in Case Management Software
• Knowledge of CompuLaw
• Ability to handle Billing Functions efficiently
• Skilled in Calendar Management
• Proven ability in Client Relations
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in Calendar - Docket management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word
