Seeking a Senior Accounting Manager for a rapidly growing publicly traded company. Position will manage GL, month-end close, international consolidations and technical accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee monthly and quarterly financial statement close processes worldwide in accordance with US GAAP.
• Review US financial statement accounting records as well as account reconciliations and journal entries.
• Responsible for the preparation of the consolidated financial statement fluctuation analysis on a monthly and quarterly basis for management and audit review.
• Lead technical accounting analysis and related memos such as Leases, Convertible Debt, Related Parties, etc.
• Support SEC reporting function.
• Maintain oversight within the Company for the accuracy and compliance of accounting transactions and processes.

• Ensure key internal controls over financial reporting are designed and operating in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley rules and regulations.
• Implement best practices and ensure compliance with US GAAP, and policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience, ideally CPA with public/private mix

• Strong corporate GL and international consolidation experience
• Technical experience: SOX, SEC support, ASC842
• Strong supervisory/leadership skills
