Remote position, the candidate can sit anywhere.

Bachelor's degree will evaluate degree and experience in combination to determine whether type of degree is relevant, appropriate. Prefer PM certification, and any security related certification, as deliverables may require an added level of focus, but will evaluate.

Excellent communication skills, ability to be simple and succinct in delivery when explaining complex issues to leadership.

Ability to manage budget, scope and schedule for security initiatives within a formal process, while maintaining key artifacts.

Ability to drive a RAID Log (i.e., Risks, Actions, Issues and Decisions) and correlation to deliverables/milestones per MS Project.

Collaborate with security professionals and technical writers to ensure documentation of underlying process and procedure.

Ability to lead a Use Case Architecture (UCA) discussion using MS Visio to capture and depict scope at a macro level.

Ability to understand deliverables from three vantage points always (e.g., security, privacy and risk) to properly lead.

Ability to think like others and subsequently prepare for future discussion and next steps proactively, not reactively.

Demonstrated situational and emotional intelligence with focus on problem solving and pre-mortem emphasis.

Accountable and responsible professional who avoids inserting and assuming to ensure work continues unabated.
