Sheet Metal Fabricator

This role requires expertise in working with various metals and tools to ensure precise, high-quality fabrication of parts used in the company’s industrial systems.

education: High School

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and assembly of sheet metal parts.
• Measure, cut, and bend sheet metal materials such as stainless steel and aluminum to precise specifications.
• Set up and operate fabrication equipment including shears, press brakes, and punch presses.
• Weld, grind, and finish sheet metal parts, ensuring high-quality work and meeting project specifications.
• Assemble and fit fabricated parts into subassemblies and final products, ensuring proper alignment and fit.
• Perform inspections to ensure all fabricated components meet quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Maintain and troubleshoot fabrication equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
• Follow all company safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
