Description

• Review and analyze consumer documents, making determinations for proper handling.
• Ability to stand for elongated periods of time.

Skill/Experience/Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Intermediate PC skills and ability to use MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Regulatory compliance knowledge with respect to consumer files
• Able to read and interpret legal documents.
• Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service.
• Good problem solving and decision-making ability.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work within a team structure.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while working under pressure.
