Temporary Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our Medical Operations Department.

What We Are Looking For: We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to support three individual groups within our department. This role is remote, requiring the ability to work independently and efficiently while ensuring day-to-day tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Job Summary: Provide administrative support to department leaders and other members of the team by performing duties that require efficiency and accuracy of execution, cross collaboration between departments, as well as analytical and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
- Maintain and uphold the Core Values and Mission Statement of MVP.
- Work independently to provide administrative support.
- Coordinate calendar and schedule meetings.
- Utilize Excel and PowerPoint extensively to create reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Manage routine tasks efficiently while prioritizing time-sensitive projects.
- Oversee assigned tasks that occur regularly each week, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Take initiative in identifying and addressing areas for improvement in administrative processes.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of management, including marketing and finance teams.
- Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines with ease.
- Pivot between multiple tasks for multiple projects, maintaining attention to detail and accuracy throughout.
- Take ownership of special projects, occurring on a periodic basis, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate reliability and independence in a remote work environment.

Qualifications:
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Prior experience in an administrative support role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and adaptable with a strong drive and initiative.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work independently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to pivot between routine tasks and project-specific work, adjusting priorities as needed.
- Highly proficient with technology. Able to learn new software quickly.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Monday.com or other Project Management programs
- Salesforce or other CRM programs
- iCIMS or other ATS programs
Required Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous administrative experience (2+ years)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or equivalent
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
