• Tool and Die Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance, repair, and adjustments on molds, dies, and tools.
• Fabrication and Modification: Fabricate and modify tooling components as necessary to meet production needs.
• Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve tooling issues that impact production quality and efficiency.
• Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to ensure precise tool design and construction.
• Machine Operation: Operate machines, grinders, mills, lathes, and other equipment to fabricate and repair tools
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of tool maintenance and modifications.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
