Maintenance Mechanic

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Maintenance Mechanics for projects located in and around Milwaukee, WI. This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of $28-35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Preventative, Corrective, and General Maintenance of Commercial and Industrial Facility Equipment
- Conduct Shift Rounds, Regular Checks of Systems, and Equipment to Identify Issues, and Document Systems and Equipment Performance
- Maintains, Troubleshoot, and Perform Equipment Repairs
- Perform Electrical Installation, Repair, and Maintenance of Equipment and Controls Located throughout a Site
- Install, Maintain, and Repair Plumbing/Piping and Associated Equipment and Components Located in the Interior and Exterior of Buildings
- Installation, Repair, and Maintenance of Mechanical/Electrical Operating Equipment and Machinery
- Perform Administrative Tasks such as Parts Ordering, PO# Creation, Vendor Management, Attend Job Meetings/Project Meetings, Documents Work Results, Analyze Findings and Recommend Updates
- Other Tasks as Assigned
Requirements:
- - Minimum of 7 Years Previous Experience and/or Training including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry. An Equivalent Combination of Training, Education, and Manufacturing Maintenance Experience is acceptable
- 2 Years of Training through an Accredited Trade School or College Certificate/Degree Preferred.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Fork Truck Operator's License
- JLG Operator's License
- Universal CFC Certification
