The Body Shop Manager Trainee is one of the central points of contact for all customers and staff in the collision center!
Body Shop Manager Trainee Requirements- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in collision repair. Experience managing people and processes preferred.
- ASE Master Technician Certification in Collision Repair and Refinishing preferred.
- Maintain ICAR Gold Certification.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with DRP’s.
