Traveler Policy: Local Travelers who reside within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered. PERM ADDRESS MUST BE UPLOADED WITH PROFILE.

Additional Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to perform diverse clinical skills under the direction of a registered nurse.
- Knowledge of nursing principles and community health practices.
- Demonstrated history of strong interpersonal and time management skills.
- Active and valid driver's license and willing to go offsite.
- Immunization reviews.
- Compiles information for reporting to various committees.
- Responsible for adherence to the Respiratory program.
- Ability to take direction and follow through consistently.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
- Ability to drive an automobile in inclement weather.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.
- Must be patient-focused and work to improve customer satisfaction.
- Must work within all regulatory guidelines as well as Gold Service and Patient Rights policies.
- 5 years of current clinical experience required
- 2 years of Occupational Health experience is required
- MUST BE A CERTIFIED BREATH ALCOHOL TECHNICIAN (BAT) - STRONGLY PREFERRED but not required
- DOT Certification for Drug Screening STRONGLY PREFERRED but not required
- Ergonomic Assessment Experience - Preferred
- Phlebotomy Experience - Strongly Preferred
- Valid Driver's License Required
