Position Overview:
IMT Residential is hiring an Office Receptionist for our corporate headquarters in Sherman Oaks. The schedule is Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 5:00PM. This position is located in our corporate office full-time.

- Pay - $20.00-$24.00/hr depending upon skills and experiences related to the role

Position Details:
The Receptionist represents IMT and our commitment to providing excellent customer service while assisting with general office duties.
Responsibilities:
- At the reception desk, welcome visitors and callers by greeting them in a warm and professional manner and directing them to the appropriate party
- Maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere in the reception and common areas
- Maintain the Cafe including light cleaning and stocking
- Perform inventory and order supplies
- Process purchases orders and invoices for purchases
- Enter data with light Accounts Payable duties
- Scan and process documents
- Sort and distribute mail
- Support IMT's wellness program by ordering healthy lunches daily
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Some Accounts Payable or related experience helpful
- Flexibility and enthusiasm to perform a variety of tasks including new projects
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and perform tasks with attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Strong Microsoft Office and Outlook skills; basic Excel skills are a plus
