Job Description- Work in collaboration with project management team and Superintendent to ensure successful completion of projects
- Enforce company safety program in accordance with company policies, local, state, and federal laws
- Provide structure and management to project team
- Develop goals and objects for project team members
- Play an active role in the preconstruction and bidding process
- Develop and review project plans & schedules to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Ensure that construction activities progress in accordance with project schedule
- Participate in weekly subcontractor meetings with project Superintendent
- Oversee subcontractor performance
- Track all potential change orders
- Prepare and present monthly project reviews
- Manage closeout process
- Lead and train project team members to support their growth and development
- Build new and maintain existing business relationships with Owners, Architects/Engineers, Construction Managers, and Subcontractors

The Successful Applicant- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- +/- 5-10 years of construction industry experience
- General Contracting background
- Strong tenure at current and previous employers
- Experience overseeing government/federal construction projects. Projects can be valued between $10M - $100M+
- Demonstrated history of client satisfaction and profitability
- OSHA 30, First Aid, CPR certifications
- Working knowledge of: Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam
- Understanding of Primavera and BIM preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
