Position: Material Receiver HandlerLocation: [Mechanicsville] (Fully Onsite)
Pay Rate: $19 per hour
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Material Receiver Handler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing and processing incoming materials and goods in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy, and handling goods receipts using SAP and other inventory management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and log materials and goods into inventory using SAP and other computerized inventory management systems.
- Ensure the proper documentation is completed for all incoming materials and update records as necessary.
- Perform data entry for goods receipts and inventory tracking, ensuring accuracy in the system.
- Inspect materials for damages, discrepancies, and quality, ensuring they meet company standards before processing.
- Maintain organized records of inventory, materials received, and stock levels for reporting and operational purposes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address any inventory discrepancies or material shortages.
- Provide accurate reporting and updates to management regarding inventory status and incoming materials.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and precision when handling inventory and goods receipts.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and tasks as necessary.
- Computer and SAP Proficiency: Experience with SAP or other computer-based inventory systems, including data entry for goods receipts.
- Inventory Management Experience: Knowledge and experience working with inventory management programs to track and record materials.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve any inventory-related issues.
Additional Information:
- Fully Onsite Position: Candidates must be available to work onsite.
- Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Pay Rate: $19 per hour - Weekly Pay!
