SureCo is on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Operations to join our leadership team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational functions of the organization, ensuring that we deliver efficient, high-quality services to our clients while supporting our overall strategy for growth and innovation in the health insurance industry.

The Vice President of Operations will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement operational policies and procedures that enhance productivity, streamline processes, and optimize resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Lead and mentor operational teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards in all operational processes.
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development efforts and client satisfaction initiatives.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Prepare and present operational reports to the executive team and the board of directors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • At least 8 years of experience in an operations management role, with a focus on the health insurance or healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex operations and leading large teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of operational efficiency principles and project management methodologies.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
