Registered Nurse Emergency Room - RNER24-14175

Duration : 13 weeks.

Responsibilities:

• Provide critical nursing care to patients in a fast-paced emergency department setting.
• Assess and triage patients, implementing appropriate interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility policies.
• Utilize advanced clinical judgment and critical thinking skills in high-pressure situations.

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of Iowa or compact state.
• Previous experience in an Emergency Room setting preferred.
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications may be required or preferred depending on the facility.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and team members.

Additional Notes:

• The position may involve exposure to high-stress situations and requires the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Candidates must be prepared to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
