Summary - District Sales Manager - Specialty Lubricants
Manage and develop a sales territory of 20-40 customers with Net Sales revenue of $5-12M annually.- Manage existing customers and plan business development activity to meet budgeted sales and profitability objectives.
- Focus distributors to market premium products.
- Coordinate stock to make sure that Distributors have proper product for NA.
- Analyze customer needs and offer solutions
- Develop business targets with current distributors and strategic target areas based on Roadmap.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key accounts and prospective customers.
- Achieve sales districts business growth and profitability objectives as set by Sales Director
- Maintain accurate database of customer and new business activity using CRM tool.
- Work closely with all company departments in order to achieve sales districts budgeted growth objectives Customer Service, Logistics and Marketing.
- Represent company at Tradeshows and other Marketing events.
