Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and document technical specifications and user and business requirements, while ensuring the documentation remains accurate and up-to-date.
• Facilitate effective communication between business units to align business strategies and technology solutions.
• Conduct research after the implementation of a new solution to understand its usage and recommend improvements.
• Take on a frontline role in change management to ensure the successful execution of planned projects.
• Supervise the development and integration processes.
• Design or redesign technical solutions to address specific business problems.
• Utilize skills such as Atlassian Jira, CRM, Gap Analysis, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Business Process Functions, and Business Requirement Document for various tasks and projects.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action.
• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira
• Experience with CRM systems
• Ability to perform Gap Analysis
