We're looking for a Hotel Human Resources Manager who leads with empathy, accountability, and a people-first mindset. This role is essential to fostering a high-performing, engaged team and ensuring HR operations align with business objectives.With ~200 employees (full-time, part-time, and on-call), you'll oversee leadership development, training, HR compliance, and employee well-being. You'll work closely with the HR Coordinator to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations, payroll accuracy, and employee support.
As part of the Leadership Team, you'll drive initiatives that strengthen the team and enhance workplace culture. The Home Office HR Team is a mentor and resource, providing guidance and support as needed.

- HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Oversee payroll accuracy, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
- Lead safety training, workers' compensation processes, and workplace risk management.
- Maintain and update the employee handbook.
- Employee Offboarding & HR Analytics
- Conduct exit interviews and track trends to improve retention strategies.
- Analyze and report key HR metrics, including turnover, employee satisfaction, and labor cost efficiency.

Requirements:
What You Bring- 5+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years in hospitality (hotels, restaurants, or similar).
- Strong leadership coaching and training development experience.
- Expertise in employment laws, wage compliance, and HR best practices.
- Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure hospitality environment.
- Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or other HR certification.
- Experience in boutique or independent hospitality brands.
