Data Analyst

This position is fully remote, providing a flexible workspace. This opportunity offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

• Analyzing business requirements and proposing effective and efficient solutions.
• Providing workstation support to ensure smooth operations.
• Liaising with offshore teams to ensure tasks are completed on time and to standard.
• Utilizing knowledge of TRICARE for specific healthcare related tasks and projects.
• Implementing and maintaining NIS systems as per business requirements.
• Interpreting data and analyzing results using statistical techniques.
• Developing and implementing data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
• Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Collaborating with management to prioritize business and information needs.
• Locating and defining new process improvement opportunities. • Prior experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare or NHS sector
• Proficiency in Workstation Support
• Familiarity with offshore operations and coordinating with offshore teams
• Knowledge of TRICARE and NIS systems
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently
• Experience in project management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in using business intelligence tools and data analysis software
• Familiarity with regulatory standards in the healthcare sector.
