About Our Client

Our client has been one of the most reputable General Contractors in Kansas City since the early 2000s. Their projects consist of a mix of commercial construction. Doing a solid $17M a year, each project ranges anywhere from $200K - $5M. This client is known for their excellent company culture, and is known to grow their employees up and into the business.

• Supervise and evaluate all assigned personnel.
• Lead site team from beginning to end of project cycle.
• Create and maintain a positive and safe work environment.
• Review and approve both invoices and requisitions to ensure all payments are correct to vendor.
• Administer a Quality Control Plan on site.
• Create a baseline production schedule for project.
• Hold preconstruction meetings with subcontractors prior to each phase of the project.

• 5+ years of Construction Superintendent experience.
• Strong troubleshooting capability.
• Knowledge with steel and steel trimming.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication.

• Base salary up to $125K (depending upon experience)
