Position Overview:

The Property Manager will oversee all aspects of the RV park community’s daily operations, tenant relations, financial performance, and compliance with regulations. In this role, you will ensure the park is well-maintained, foster a sense of community, and drive initiatives to maximize occupancy and profitability.

Property Operations:

  • Conduct regular inspections and maintain safety standards throughout the property.
  • Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently.
  • Enforce park rules and coordinate maintenance staff or contractors for repairs.
  • Manage rent collection and prepare lease agreements or rental contracts.

Tenant Relations:

  • Establish and nurture positive relationships with tenants to create a sense of community.
  • Address tenant concerns, mediate disputes, and organize community events.
  • Provide resources and support, connecting tenants to local services and amenities.

Financial Management:

  • Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring expenses align with forecasted income.
  • Monitor financial performance and prepare monthly financial reports.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable, including rent collection and delinquencies.

Marketing and Leasing:

  • Develop marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
  • Advertise available units, conduct property showings, and screen prospective tenants.
  • Manage social media accounts, posting regularly to enhance community engagement.

Compliance and Legal:

  • Stay updated on laws and regulations related to RV park management.
  • Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and other applicable regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and coordinate with legal counsel on legal issues or disputes.

General and Team Responsibilities:

  • Respond to tenant and team inquiries promptly via email, phone, or project management tools.
  • Attend meetings with the Community Director and management team, sharing insights and progress.
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews and customer feedback across various platforms.
  • Track project timelines and costs to improve efficiency and support sales and marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in digital technologies, with solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Experience in property management or a related field, with a passion for creating community-oriented environments.
  • Team-oriented, professional, and capable of building positive relationships within the industry.

Pay Range: USD $40,000.00 - USD $50,000.00 /Yr.
