As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

Job Description
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
  • Support the Project Manager in managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor the progress of construction, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure all parties are aligned with project goals and expectations.
  • Assist in managing contract negotiations, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Prepare and review project reports, including status updates, budget tracking, and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate and attend project meetings, taking minutes and ensuring all action items are followed up on.
  • Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements on the job site.

The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably with multifamily construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, project management principles, and multifamily building systems.
  • Experience with construction management software (Procore, BlueBeam, or similar) is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A collaborative and proactive approach to team-based work.
