This position is expected to implement solutions with guidance as needed, manage, and maintain systems and infrastructure through existing tooling and processes. What you'll do System and resource build and deploy with a focus towards Infrastructure as Code System and Infrastructure management Operational event, incident and problem management Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability Troubleshooting - serve as first tier technical support within team Serve as escalation point for System Administrators Forensic troubleshooting and analysis of system issues System performance optimization Implement system and infrastructure solutions with guidance as needed What we're looking for A minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Windows and Linux administration Relevant system knowledge Windows, Linux, etc.
