Responsibilities- Participates in design of company's QMS
- Ensures implemenations of QMS policies and procedures
- Monitors compliance of processes with QMS and Quality incident and CAPA management
- Coordinates company's operational licenses and certifications
- Participates in internal audits to identify gaps and follows up on action plans with appropriate managers
- Participates in customer audits to ensure ustomer satisfaction and company compliance
- Promotes QA culture
- Participates in clients' RFL
- Participates in the management of suppliers of equipment, consumables or services that impact company's QMS and Good Clinical Practices
