Job Duties: Responsible for applying a deep understanding of the compliance industry and financial crime compliance sector, to drive new business growth for our Risk Intelligence products by developing business with financial institutions, government agencies, and corporate clients.

Duties Include:
  1. Identify new sales and business development opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  2. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  3. Conduct in-depth research to understand the needs and challenges of target organizations.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
  5. Present the features and benefits of World-Check to prospective clients, and tailor proposals to meet their specific requirements.
  6. Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, from initial contact through to implementation and ongoing support.
  8. Keep up to date with industry developments and competitor activity and use this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  9. Represent the company at industry events and conferences and participate in relevant networking activities.
May telecommute from any home office in the U.S.

3 years of experience in a sales or business development-related occupation within the banking or financial services industry.

Experience must include the following, which may have been gained concurrently:
  1. 3 years of experience working in a quota bearing sales or business development role.
  2. 3 years of experience structuring, negotiating and navigating deals and organizing and executing a sales plan.
  3. 3 years of experience working with business models and workflows of customers in the banking or financial services industry.Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in Economics, Finance, or a closely related field
