As a Certified Medical Assistant in our Home Health & Hospital at Home program, you’ll be part of a dynamic, fast-paced team, supporting both providers and patients through seamless care coordination.If you excel in administrative support, patient scheduling, and workflow management, this role is for you!

What You Can Expect in This Role- In-office, staff-facing position supporting providers, scheduling patients, and ensuring smooth clinic operations.
- Dynamic and evolving workflows, requiring adaptability, problem-solving, and strong organizational skills.
- Care coordination expertise—help patients navigate community resources and access the right level of care.
- Front-office responsibilities, including scheduling, patient outreach, and chart preparation. Excel proficiency is highly valued!
- Part-time schedule, up to 24 hours per week. Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with room for flexibility and adjustment based on clinic needs.
Qualifications
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Graduation from a Medical Assistant program.
Experience:
- One year of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant in a medical office or healthcare setting required.
- Preferred experience using EPIC.
Certifications:
- Current BLS-CPR Certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- National Certification as a Medical Assistant from one of the following: NCCT, NAHP, AMT, AAMA, AMCA, or NHA.
