La Vida Llena is looking for a Health Services Director/Health Services Administrator ready for an exciting challenge! As our Health Services Director, you'll be at the helm, steering the ship and ensuring our SNF and AL departments run like a well-oiled machine.
You'll be the go-to person for keeping everything in line with federal, state, and local standards, making sure our residents receive top-notch care around the clock. You'll also be the mastermind behind our facility's quality and financial success.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 / annually DOE

About You:

  • Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in good standing is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ comparable experience in a retirement facility required. Previous experience in CCRC is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of long-term care facility medical practices and procedures, state and federal privacy laws, state and federal operations regulations, OSHA; as well as department operations, financial management, regulatory compliance, program development.
  • Current valid CPR & first aid certification, valid driver’s license insurable by the designated carrier.

Qualifications:

  • Current State of Oregon Nursing Home Administrator license
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role in healthcare or a related field
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in healthcare, nursing, or a related field
  • Expertise in compliance with regulations in the State of Oregon
