Reputable intellectual property firm is seeking a Legal Assistant for their Walnut Creek locatoin. This role involves supporting attorneys in their practice, with a focus on intellectual property.   • Proficiency in Case Management Software to effectively manage and track case details
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suites to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Experience with Calendar Management to organize and schedule appointments
  • Knowledge of Patent Prosecution to manage patent applications
  • Excellent Proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all legal documents
  • Familiarity with Intellectual Property laws and regulations to assist in case preparation and research.
