This full-time position is located in Bloomington, IL and individual must be able sit for extended periods while managing calls and performing data entry.

Responsibilities:
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Answer incoming calls with professionalism and compassion, ensuring a supportive experience for consumers and potential consumers.
- Screen and Register Clients: Gather essential demographic information and perform clinical screenings to facilitate access to services.
- Coordinate Appointments: Schedule and provide details for initial and follow-up appointments, ensuring consumers know what to expect.
- Verify Benefits: Utilize web-based applications to confirm insurance coverage and document accordingly.
- Contribute to Quality Improvement: Participate in data gathering and support program development initiatives.
- Promote Recovery-Oriented Practices: Champion trauma-informed care principles in every interaction.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or GED with 5 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., social work, psychology) with 2 years of clinical experience, or a Master’s degree in a helping profession.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities; experience with data entry and electronic health records is preferred.
- Experience: Background in admissions, scheduling, or screening in mental health or human services is essential.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong keyboarding skills and familiarity with office procedures and equipment.
