The Role?

As part of our Social and Content Team, the Associate Manager of Social & Community

will be a creative individual and OUAI-obsessed. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Social you will be involved in all aspects of social media strategy and planning, with a concentration on publishing, content creation, and growing our OUAI Fam through strong community management.

Through balancing sales goals with brand values, engaging our community across all platforms, and activating new audiences with intention, you will ensure we continue to foster inclusivity and help our community win life their OUAI.

Requirements

What Youll Do:

  • Expand @theouai community across all social platforms through strong community management, engaging in a positive and creative way that goes above and beyond to build brand affinity and support questions, concerns and feedback
  • Assist in the planning and execution of OUAI organic social activity across all social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.) Daily management and posting on OUAIs social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Monitor OUAI social channels, acting as the eyes and ears to our community, upcycling relevant info to key stakeholders Help create opportunities to surprise and delight our community to help build brand loyalty
  • Assist in the development and execution of social media content across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Assist in tracking analytics and key KPIs across all @theouai social platforms
  • Partner with our communication team to identify organic fans of the brand for potential opportunities across influencer relationships, content creation and/or brand ambassadors
  • Stay current on new social best practices, competitive activity and trends in community engagement

What Youll Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in community management, communications, or social
  • media

  • A passion and understanding of the OUAI brand and its mission
  • Strong analytical background with the ability to spot trends and leverage insights
  • Strong project management skills required
  • Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (Dash Hudson, Tribe Dynamics, etc.)
  • Willing to go the extra mile to make sure our community feels seen, heard and

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication - can effectively own brand voice in all communications
  • Please note this role is hybrid based in Los Angeles must be able to come into the office at least 2x a week
