Responsibilities:
Millennium Corporation is hiring an Operations Analyst to work in Ft Belvoir, VA (Hybrid). The candidate must have an active secret clearance.
Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or assignments, establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives, employs domain and expert technical knowledge. directs and controls activities to ensure that technical requirements are met, interfaces with Senior management to:
- Support organizational-level operations and information with higher headquarters, subordinate organizations, and external stakeholders
- Manage taskers and staffing packets
- Develop and publish organizational-level operations functional policies and procedures, orders, Letters of instruction, other directives, and communications (EXSUMs, Information Papers, Briefings, Reports, etc.)
- Control, manage and schedule organizational resources (conference rooms, calendars, etc.)
- Plan, resource and support organizational events (command and staff meetings, town halls, ceremonies, etc.)
- Archive Operations functional documents and information
- Represent operations functional leadership at meetings and conferences
- Plan and manage facility requirements
- Depending on placement in organization, may be required to support special requirements (FOIA, International Program, Government Vehicle Driver, Safety, Security etc
- Possess strong ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders, also with other USG organizations
- Have experience with Tactical Awareness/Assault Kit (TAK) and applications
Qualifications:
- Candidate must have an active secret clearance.
- Masters degree and ≥ 8 years relevant experience, or Bachelors degree and > 10 years relevant experience or Associates Degree with 12 years relevant experience.
- Operations Experience engaging with Senior leaders and Directors
- Knowledge of Army Acquisition
Business Development:
Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.
