Accounts Receivable Supervisor/Manager - New Albany

This position plays a key role in monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action within the industry.

• Oversee a team handling Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks
• Implement new policies and procedures for AR management
• Collaborate with division Controllers on AR issues
• Conduct AR Aging analysis and reporting
• Take charge of month-end close responsibilities
• Maintain accurate customer credit records
• Process customer credit applications efficiently
• Handle Electronic Billing and Financial Reporting
• Manage AR issues and inquiries, providing solutions as needed
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions. • Must possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) management.
• Proven experience in preparing and analyzing Aging Reports.
• Experience in conducting Month End Close procedures.
• Proficiency in Financial Reporting, with a strong understanding of financial principles.
• Experience with Electronic Billing systems.
• Must have excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor staff members.
• Must have a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
