Shift: POOL, must be able to work 1 shift each week (PRN)

Position Overview:

As a Nurse Intern in the Multisystem PCU, you'll provide essential patient care, including hygiene, mobility, nutrition, and constant observation. You'll work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, delivering exceptional care in a fast-paced, acute care environment.

Your role will encompass managing a diverse range of conditions, including Cardiac, Respiratory, Neuro, Renal, GI, and Post-Op patients. Our 40-bed unit operates around the clock and offers robust support through corporate and unit-based educational opportunities.

Education/Training:

  • Nursing student currently enrolled in an accredited nursing program at a college or university.
  • Must have completed at least one semester of nursing clinical rotations.
  • Proof of continued enrollment in an accredited pre-licensure professional nursing program, with no breaks in enrollment exceeding one year.

Licensure/Certification:

  • Maintains current BLS/Healthcare provider certification.

Experience:

  • None required.
