Responsibilities- Assist patients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and health status.
- Support nursing staff in the implementation of care plans.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Report any changes in patients' conditions to the nursing staff promptly.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
- Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Compassionate nature and a genuine desire to help others.
- Basic knowledge of patient care procedures and safety protocols.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
