Associate

We are in the search for a dedicated Associate to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts, United States. The role centers around the legal industry, with a particular focus on plaintiff personal injury litigation. The Associate will oversee both litigation and pre-litigation caseloads, providing guidance to case staff and ensuring effective case processing.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee litigation and pre-litigation caseloads, ensuring they are processed effectively and efficiently.
• Conduct thorough reviews of each case, identifying necessary tasks and providing guidance to case staff.
• Establish and maintain communication with clients, answering their questions and addressing their concerns.
• Document notes and tasks in case management software for efficient tracking and reporting.
• Report to firm managers regularly, providing updates and progress reports on cases.
• Utilize skills in Personal Injury Plaintiffs, Pre-Litigation, Litigation Practice, and Litigation Experience to serve clients effectively.
• Draw on Litigation Attorney skills to represent clients in court proceedings if necessary.
• Use Personal Injury Litigation skills to handle personal injury cases with diligence and expertise.
• Prepare for trials by drafting motions, compiling trial notebooks and exhibits, and conducting trial preparation.
• Use Deposition Summary skills to review, summarize, and analyze deposition transcripts effectively.
• Proficiency in Personal Injury Plaintiffs or Defense Side and Personal Injury Litigation
• Extensive Pre-Litigation and Litigation Practice experience
• Demonstrable Litigation Experience and skills as a Litigation Attorney
• Ability to effectively summarize Depositions
• Experience in drafting Motions
• Proven Trial Experience including preparation of Trial Notebooks and Trial Exhibits
• Familiarity with Trial Preparation processes and protocols
