Associate

As an Associate, you will be expected to maintain thorough reviews of each case, provide guidance to case staff, and be the point of contact for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a litigation and pre-litigation caseload, ensuring each case is processed efficiently and effectively.
• Provide guidance and support to case staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain detailed documentation in case management software, enabling efficient reporting to firm managers.
• Utilize your litigation experience to draft motions, prepare trial exhibits, and summarize depositions.
• Apply your skills in Personal Injury Plaintiffs, Pre-Litigation, and Litigation Practice to ensure the success of each case.
• Leverage your trial experience, trial notebooks, and trial preparation skills to effectively represent our clients in court.
• Handle all aspects of Personal Injury Litigation, passionately advocating for our clients who have been injured. • Possess expertise in Personal Injury Plaintiffs
• Demonstrable experience in Pre-Litigation
• Proficient in Litigation Practice
• Must have previous Litigation Experience
• Experience as a Litigation Attorney is required
• Familiarity with Personal Injury Litigation
• Capable of creating Deposition Summary
• Proficiency in Drafting Motions
• Must have Trial Experience
• Knowledge of preparing Trial Notebooks
• Ability to handle Trial Exhibits
• Experience in Trial Preparation is essential
