Job Description

Key duties and responsibilities include:

• Analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implement lean manufacturing practices to optimize operational efficiency and financial performance
• Driving productivity, capacity utilization, and efficiency improvements, including the management of outside processing
• Leading and managing all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, and logistics
• Resolving operational, quality, and maintenance challenges to prevent delays and optimize costs
• Implementing strategic initiatives and continuous improvement processes to enhance plant performance and operational results
• Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and cost management to achieve financial goals and drive profitability
• Developing, mentoring, and leading teams to foster a high-performance culture and identify future leaders
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and champion a safety-first culture across the facility

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will possess the following:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent management experience (minimum of 5 years in manufacturing leadership)
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to drive results through influence and collaboration
• Proven ability to manage financial performance, including budgeting and cost control
• Strong experience in LEAN manufacturing and process optimization
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage complexity and change, with a demonstrated track record of operational success
• Experience in managing large teams, developing leaders, and creating a high-performance culture
• Willingness to travel as needed

• Base salary $125,000 - $140,000 depending on level of experience
