Temp To Hire Accounts Payable Specialist
This temporary role offers the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate as well as overtime depending on business needs.
salary: $18 - $19 per hourshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities- Process and manage vendor invoices to meet daily metrics goals, ensuring accurate coding and approvals.
- Prepare and process electronic virtual card payments, as requested.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper handling of vendor-related inquiries and issues.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors, as needed.
- Audit, verify and reconcile vendor statements, resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Manage incoming vendor communications to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment related issues.
- Participate in the implementation and improvement of accounts payable processes and systems.
