Financial Project Manager

This is a contract employment opportunity in the non-profit industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the configuration of systems using Suite Script as part of the NetSuite Implementation project
• Handle the NetSuite Configuration for Entity set up and custom API work
• Develop customized financial reports and leverage Power BI for data visualization
• Utilize various accounting software systems for efficient financial management
• Perform auditing and billing functions as part of the job role
• Facilitate the implementation of CRM and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems
• Work with 'About Time' project management tool for efficient task management
• Carry out Accounting Functions, including budget processes, with accuracy and diligence
• Utilize NetSuite CRM and NetSuite Development for customer relationship management and development tasks respectively.
• Must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in financial project management roles (within the non-profit sector preferably.)
• Proficiency in using accounting software systems is required.
• Must have a strong understanding of accounting functions, auditing, billing functions, and budget processes.
• Experience with NetSuite CRM and NetSuite Development is crucial.
• Candidates should demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications is required.
• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required.
• Relevant professional certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) are advantageous.
