Job Title:Branch Manager
Position Location:Rocky Mount, NC
Your impact:
As a Branch Manager, you will ensure your team delivers exceptional member service and executes our operating model involving member acquisitions, relationship management, community involvement, production goals, marketing, and promotional services.You will also work with internal/external customers and build a highly engaged team.
The contributions you can anticipate making:
(50%) Branch Results:
- Focusing on the team members to achieve individual, branch, and corporate production goals
- Supporting the corporate vision of increased levels of member loyalty
- Analyzing current business practices and identifying areas for improvement
- Coordinating community service/sponsorship/public relations activities
(25%) Coaching and Developing:
- Identifying each of your team member's talents and helping them do more of their best work
- Monitoring and maintaining results for individual team members to ensure they are on target by doing weekly check-ins
- Building a culture that embodies Coastal's values
- Cross-training to ensure optimal coverage
- Optimizing staff and processes
- Ensuring your staff has the knowledge and tools needed to perform
- Successfully recruiting additional staff as needed
(25%) Exceptional Member Service:
- Resolving member complaints
- Coordinating platform coverage
- Tracking member feedback and implementing changes accordingly
- Building a positive culture that inspires your team to do their best
- Ensuring your staff has the knowledge and tools needed to perform well
- Ensuring branch operating procedures are followed to minimize risk
- Keeping staff up-to-date on skills for identifying fraud patterns
- Providing support for internal/external auditors
- Resolving audit and exam findings
- Ensuring the BCP preparedness of division

Experience:
- At least five years of sales management experience in a financial institution
- Minimum of five years' of consumer lending/account opening experience
Education:
- Related bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Essential cognitive/physical/social requirements of position:
Must be able to learn and retain information; remain in a stationary position; constantly operate a computer; and converse with others on a continual basis.
