• Management of accounting functions, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Utilization of Accounting Software Systems and ADP Financial Services to streamline financial processes.
• Supervision and management of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations.
• Regular auditing to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Supervision of billing functions to ensure timely and accurate invoice generation.
• Use of Concur and Crystal Reports for expense management and data visualization.
• Adherence to DCAA regulations, ensuring all financial operations are in compliance.
• Proactive involvement in internal controls, implementing measures to prevent discrepancies and fraud.
• Regular interaction with customers, resolving inquiries and maintaining accurate customer records.
• Processing of customer credit applications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services
• Familiarity with Concur
• Ability to use Crystal Reports
• Understanding of DCAA requirements
• Capability to handle various Accounting Functions
• Expertise in managing Accounts Payable (AP)
• Experience in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Strong knowledge of Auditing principles and practices
• Experience in managing Billing Functions
