We are offering a contract for a permanent position as an Administrative Assistant in the Wholesale Distribution industry located in Windsor, Wisconsin. The role is primarily onsite and will involve supporting the Human Resources team.
Responsibilities:
- Efficient handling of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Accurate data entry and maintenance of customer records.

- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, including managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create, edit, and present detail oriented presentations.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, including creating, editing, and formatting documents.
- Ability to schedule appointments, manage calendars, and ensure smooth operation of daily activities.
