Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the front desk reception area, greeting guests and providing exceptional customer service.
- Handle visitor check-ins, temporary badge access, and parking validation.
- Direct guests to meeting locations and answer general inquiries.
- Assist with administrative tasks, supply distribution, and data entry.
- Collaborate with Workplace Services and Security to ensure a seamless visitor experience.
What We’re Looking For:
Must-Haves:
- 1-3 years of administrative or front desk experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in a corporate environment.
- Punctuality and reliability—must be ready to start work by 7:30 AM daily.
