About Our Client

This General Contractor specializes in ground-up and interior commercial projects across various sectors, including retail, office, healthcare, and industrial. With a strong pipeline of projects, they are looking for an APM eager to develop their career and take on more responsibility over time.

• Assist in managing ground-up and interior commercial projects from start to finish.
• Support the Project Manager with scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination.
• Help oversee procurement, permitting, and compliance processes.
• Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders.
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in the construction industry, ideally in a project support or coordination role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software like Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders.
