Electrical Foreman - Lititz

Our client is a leader in providing innovative solutions in the construction and service industries, serving a broad range of clients with top-notch technical expertise. They are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman based in Lititz, PA, to join their New Construction Group.

This is a 1st shift opportunity: 6:30am-7am start time and 45 hours a week with time and a half pay after 40.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee electrical projects as a working Foreman on commercial and residential new construction job sites.
• Install wiring and electrical equipment at all stages of construction, from rough-ins to finish-outs.
• Collaborate with a team of electricians and other foremen to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Read and interpret architectural prints and ensure compliance with code requirements.
• Manage material orders, electrical mechanics, and project schedules.
• Maintain clear communication with general contractors and other trades to coordinate project activities.
• Provide mentorship and share industry knowledge with less experienced electricians.
• Ensure all jobs and paperwork are completed accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner.
• Adhere to general construction and safety protocols established by the client.
