About Our Client

Join a rapidly growing international transportation company as we expand our presence in the U.S. We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead all U.S. human resources operations, ensuring alignment with global HR strategies while adapting to local workforce needs.

This is a pivotal role in shaping our U.S. people operations, supporting both salaried and hourly employees across Atlanta and Austin.

Job Description
  • Lead U.S. HR Operations - Oversee all HR functions, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning - Develop and execute recruitment strategies for salaried and hourly positions, ensuring the company attracts top talent.
  • Employee Relations & Performance Management - Build a strong culture by implementing effective performance management, engagement, and employee relations programs.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration - Partner with the Payroll Manager to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing, benefits administration, and compensation strategies.
  • HR Compliance & Policy Development - Ensure HR policies align with U.S. regulations while coordinating with global HR leadership.
  • Training & Development - Oversee employee training programs and support leadership development initiatives.
  • HR Strategy & Global Collaboration - Partner with the International HR Director to align local HR strategies with global objectives.

The Successful Applicant
  • 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or multi-site HR leadership role.
  • Experience managing a hybrid workforce of salaried and hourly employees.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
  • Experience in transportation, logistics, or a fast-paced operational environment is a plus.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with experience working in an international environment.
