Randstad is seeking a Press Assistant for our commercial printing client. Responsibilities- Assist the Press Operator with the setup, operation, and maintenance of printing presses.
- Prepare and load materials into the press and ensure all supplies are stocked and available.
- Monitor production for quality control, making adjustments to maintain consistent output.
- Ensure press machines are operating efficiently by performing routine inspections and maintenance.
- Handle the cleanup of press equipment after jobs, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Assist with troubleshooting minor press issues and coordinating with maintenance when needed.
- Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
- Maintain detailed records of production activities, ensuring accurate documentation.
