Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

A/R - Collections Specialist role involves managing past-due accounts, handling manual invoicing, and providing customer service.

Manage collections for accounts ranging from 1-30 days past due to 31+ days past due
Handle manual invoicing as necessary
Responsibilities include customer service, account monitoring, and dispute resolution

Here’s what you’ll have:

1 year of collections/customer service experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant systems
