Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work ON- SITE with our customer in Fremont, CA.
An acute eye for detail and great mechanical aptitude are essential.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Other duties may be assigned.
-Prepare and operate CNC Mill machines to perform tasks such as milling, drilling, and tapping etc.-Understand specifications of the specific part and the desired result by reading blueprints, travelers, and mechanical drawings etc.-Prepare and load raw materials into the machines as some materials are bulky and require extreme caution when handling.-Prepare and machine first part to verify tools and offsets to produce all features according to specifications.-Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce consistent results.-Inspect and measure where applicable finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed accurately.-Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality.-The candidate must be responsible and comply with all safety guidelines.
Here's what you'll get: Starting Pay Rate: $26.00 - $31.00/hr DOE + 10% shift differentialDuration: Temp-Hire based on business needs and performance Shift: Monday through Friday, (2nd shift, 2pm - 10:30pm)
