- Budget Management: Prepare and oversee project budgets, negotiate contracts.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate contractors and subcontractors.
- Quality Control: Ensure adherence to construction standards and specifications.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Safety: Maintain safety standards and protocols on site.
- Client Communication: Serve as main contact for clients, provide progress updates.

The Successful Applicant- 5+ years construction experience
- Multifamily construction experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to be client facing
- College degree in construction related field
- Knowledge of relevant construction softwares
- Knowledge of all safety guidelines and regulations
- Passion for construction
