As a Data Analyst/Steward within the Data Management team, you will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing data across multiple databases and platforms. You will be responsible for identifying, documenting, and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data, particularly related to profiles, interaction histories, preferences, and segmentation.This role also serves as the go-to expert for locating and managing data within the platform.
Core Responsibilities-Data Governance & Standards: Collaborate with operational teams to define, implement, and uphold data standards. Ensure data consistency and accuracy across all platforms by setting clear data entry guidelines.-
Data Collection & Verification: Work closely with internal customers, including various departments and dealerships, to gather and verify accurate information as needed, ensuring up-to-date profiles.-
Data Quality & Monitoring: Design and implement continuous monitoring processes to maintain the highest level of data accuracy. Identify areas for improvement and work proactively to address data quality issues.-
Analysis & Reporting: Analyze large datasets and communicate findings effectively. Independently document, evaluate, and present data insights to management through clear and actionable reports.-
Special Projects: Lead or contribute to special data-related projects as requested by management, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of project goals.
